MATH 131 First Midterm

Here is some information on the first midterm:

• The exam is on Tuesday 10/5/2004, from 12:15 to 1:30 pm (lecture time) in KY 419. Please be there on time.

• The exam will have 4 problems, totally worth 40 points. I'll provide paper so you won't need booklets. Books and notes are not allowed, but remember to bring your calculator with you.

• The exam covers Chapter 1 of the text. Check out this review sheet for more information and sample problems. Work on these problems as you study the book or lecture notes; I'll post detailed solutions by the end of the week.
